Introduction
The BYD Leopard 5 is a rugged plug-in hybrid SUV measuring 4890×1970×1920 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2800 mm, accommodating up to 5 passengers. It features a bold design inspired by BYD’s “Leopard Power Aesthetics” philosophy, combining off-road capability with advanced technology. The Leopard 5 is powered by a hybrid system consisting of a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and dual electric motors, delivering a combined output of up to 687 horsepower and a maximum torque of 760 Nm.
Equipped with a 31.8 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) Blade Battery, the BYD Leopard 5 offers an all-electric range of up to 125 kilometers on a single charge. It supports fast charging, achieving a 30-80% charge in just 16 minutes.
