Introduction
The BYD E2 is a compact electric hatchback measuring 4240×1760×1530 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2610 mm, accommodating up to 5 passengers. It features a sleek design inspired by BYD’s “Ocean Aesthetics” philosophy, combining youthful styling with advanced technology. The E2 is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering up to 95 horsepower and a maximum torque of 180 Nm.
Equipped with a 43.2 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) Blade Battery, the BYD E2 offers a comprehensive range of up to 405 kilometers on a single charge under CLTC conditions. It supports fast charging, achieving 50% charge in approximately 30 minutes.
